Manpower is provided as per site-specific demands and technical qualifications, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with project quality and safety standards.

  Deployment & Management
  All manpower is mobilized based on approved manpower schedules and trade-wise requirements, coordinated closely with client representatives and construction leads. Workers are vetted for skillset, experience, and valid certifications (where applicable), and are familiarized with project safety procedures, work permits, and site orientation. Supervisors, foremen, and safety officers are deployed to monitor progress, ensure productivity, and maintain discipline at the site.
